Hey guys, just fully got into politics/world affairs recently, after an interesting conversation about just some of the goings on in the world with my Dad. I don't really know enough about politics yet to catagorise myself, only knowing I have leftist views. I came here to hopefully learn more about the subject that I'm becomming immersed in; You seemed like a professional group of people, so I thought this would be a good place to start.
I'm 16, originally from Seattle, Washington, but have been living in the U.K. for the last 12 years, so pretty much English myslef (half my family being English).
Anyway, thanks for the welcome in advance, and cya 'round the forums ;)

Dorset's close enough. The closest i've found so far. I'm from Winchester in Hampshire. Used to be a nice place. Too many conservatives and, now, chavs. I dont see any of the conservatives carrying out the 'hug a hoodie' thing that slimy git Cameron is always on about.

Oh, Cameron has a face like an arse, the tories won my constituency last local election, don't really give a fuck though, Labour aren't any better. Anyone else here live in south London?

Welcome to Revleft, Nate!
I'm also pretty new here, so, we both have a bit to learn, I guess!
Hmph. I hate to say it, but Cameron is a far sight better (and easier on the eyes) than ol' Michael Howard, I live in Kent, which, correct me if I'm wrong is where he started out as the local MP, and the slimy git came to my primary school once. I refrained from hurling abuse at him though. I was 11 at the time, and the neanderthal conservatives he was touring with frightened me... :D

Hahaha, last year the Queen came to the school opposite mine. That school was some private school and had a new building, apparantly the school was first opened by Elizabeth I, so they decided to get Elizabeth II to open up the new building, even naming it after her (arselickers   ). Anyways, I thought, lets piss her off, so I got some card, wrote "ABOLISH THE MONARCHY, DOWN WITH THE ARISTOCRATIC SCUM!!!", stuck it on a piece of wood, brandished my hammer and sickle flag, and was shouting shit at the Queen. Hahaha, jokes day. I was pulled away by the school shop lady, she goes to me "How dare you, that's the monarch of our country!", so I goes "yeah, that's why I did it", lol. Headteacher wasn't too happy, and I got a lot of slack from my physics teacher who "swore an allegiance" to the fucking cow when he joined the army.
