i have heard that the bolsheviks forced civilians out of their churches. And forced them not to practice their religion. Is this right? And also, were the bolsheviks with Lenin? or were they both different communist groups.

The bolsheviks were led by Lenin. They sequestered most of the churches funds since they had most of the wealth in the country.
I imagine that that was done quite tactlessly but in principle the Bolsheviks believed in freedom of conscience.

In addition I believe that they burneed down the churches, outlawed Bibles and even imprisoned the priests that practiced religion. I read this in a book somewhere about Soviet life.

Yes, I believe the Russian revolutionaries did this. And so what? All too often religion has stood in the way of the socialist ideals.
