I would like to know how food will be distributed under Communism.
Who will distribute it? where is it going to be stored?

Workers in worker run supermarkets.

Would "supermarket" be the correct term?

Something more like "depot" would be less capitalistic.

It'll be better quality for sure, what with the market incentives of "Make cheap crap" and "Sell cheap crap" gone.

Consider a co-op model. The users also run the store. For the benefit of local distribution, you assist in stocking the shelves and keeping up inventory. Furthermore, as the people doing inventory and ordering are also those consuming the goods, they will order the things that will "sell" since they are the "consumers."
