How about something along the lines of "hormonal gymnastics"?

The article seems to suggest that men have become more feminized, could that be a direct cause of Public Schooling, Comrades?

nah its because of a lack of red meat !
gimme my steak !

err ok more seriously i recall reading somewhare that the Y chromosome is slowly disapearing over the generations.
and that within 100.000 to 150.000 years it would be gone entirely.

Who came to this ludicrous conculsion? What kind of species would we be to commit evolutionary suicide?

Some of this may also be due to contaminated water supplies in certain areas as well. In my area, certain industrial compounds are breaking up in the water and forming artificial estrogens which of course causes certain male animals to become more feminine.

I think Janus is propably on the right track here. If this quite incredible study is correct, I'd say either environmental issues like contamination of drink or food, or perhaps changes in diet habits, propably are to blame.

For example, average total testosterone levels in men aged 65 to 69 fell from 503 nanograms/decileter (ng/dL) in 1988 to 423 ng/dL in 2003.

This radical decrease seems to have occurred over such a short period of time I find it hard to believe it would be a matter of evolutionary change, at least solely.

hormones and artificial additives and flavoring is my guess. high fructose corn syrup anyone?
