Where would be nice, Hobart? Melbourne?

I know! Sydney? Downing Centre Local Court? (I hate that place!)

I also second An archist's question, is this still that stupid Rice stuff? Stupid women should be shot along with the rest of the Bush crowd. And Johnny. And most of the rest of the Australian parliament (wait is that seditious?).

Must be a serious charge- 3 day session. Im not sure of the NSW court structure- is the Downing Centre Local Court the equivalent of WA's District Court? Indictable offence right?
it's actually not that serious at all. "wilfully obstructing a police officer in the execution of duty". max. 2 years jail but i'm looking more at a good behaviour bond if i'm lucky, or a fine. if i get anything more than a gbb, though, the lawyers wanna appeal it. it's over 3 days i think cos there are 4 of us being tried together... my solicitor's also representing the people involved in the packer memorial case, it started on thursday - apparently its going well :D it's the same police prosecutor though in both trials, and so the solicitor thinks that since the cops are losing that one theyll go extra hard in ours :(

i'm not sure if it's the same as your district court, but its indictable yeah :)

"wilfully obstructing a police officer in the execution of duty".
So, you prevented a cop arresting someone or something?
