That's an interesting and valid article that goes to show America has no ehtical problem with selling arms to black market vendors who distribute them to third world countries.

I live in South Africa and over here you can buy a brand new 9mm handgun (often police standard issue) on the street for around R100, which is roughly 10 british pounds or 15 US dollars. Gun control will never solve anything because the business of it is too profitible.
