What are your thoughts on Dilas?

I can't find his book the New Class, does anyone have a link to that book?

Đilas was a revisionist. The irony was that he pointed out some of the revisionist tendancies within the socialist bloc. I question wether socialism ever really took root in Eastern Europe and Yugoslavia. I don't think it did.

I think Socialism took off well in Yugoslavia but as always certain internal factors destroyed its chances of continuing into the mid 1990s
