If an anarchist or socialist/communism society is implemented, then how will it suppress capitalism, as in stop it from taking over society again.

Surely, violence would be involved, or try in vain to convert capitalists to the new society's way of thinking.

I can't think of any ways to suppress it without resorting to violence or fear tactics.

Also, from what I've been reading, a lot of anarchist and socialist branches, if not kept tabs on, can lapse into capitalism anyway. Wouldn't there be a state of paranoia, everyone checking everyone else, in case they have more than them or want more than them.

Basically, to sum up, how can everything be maintained?

It would be suppressed by being impossible. Capitalists need people to work for them in order to gain capital above what they earn. This isnt exactly the sort of thing thatcan be kept secret, even if they find people stupid enough. As the means of production is owned by everyone, there would be no incentive for a worker to give most of his earnings away to some capitalist.
