Organising Young Workers

Anyone got any advice on this or experience. We're at the moment running a Fight-Back campaign against low-pay for young workers here in Ireland but we're at a crossroads on certain issues.

So yeah, if anyone has any thoughts...

my experiance with this was somewhat interesting. at my job we got payed minimum wage and no overtime, even though we worked 12 hours a day. when i brought up this issue to the kids i worked with, it didnt seem to bother them much, until i explained to them that these capitalists are stealing there time and money, and we went on strike for 3 days until the gave us higher wages (8.50) and overtime pay. you need to find what they really carew about and explain and there hearts will follow.
