Hello again I am keen arent I. Where I can find the best critique of Capitalism on the Internet. I want to become good at arguing that Capitalism is wrong and that another economic system needs to be put in place, obviously a left-wing system.
I wouldn't mind reading something on the so-called Pros of Capitalism so I can see how the pro-capitalists would respond to my arguments and then I can respond with my own without pause.
If possible, I would like something that relates to todays society, so I can provide examples of the Capitalists impact on todays world.
Basically, I want to change peoples perceptions of what Capitalism is and the harmful effects it has on the world.
Thanks for your help.

Something more complex: K.Marx, Capital, vol. I
Or something shorter: K.Marx, Wage Labor and Capital
And something to make it easy: WCPW (http://www.prole.info/introduction/intro_0.html)

I would definatly recomend Capital by Uncle Karl. To be honest, I think everyone should read at least the first chapter of Capital before even thinking of calling themselves Marxists.

Thanks for replying guys. It's just that I need some concrete negatives of capitalism and some ideas of how and why capitalism might be good. It isn't I know but if I ever enter an argument about Capitalism I need to know the pros so I can denounce them with the negatives.
All this would boost my own knowledge obviously which is also what I'm looking for.
I just don't think reading Marx's Capital Vol.1 would give me material for an argument, for my own knowledge yes, but not for a practical argument.
I hope everyone who reads this understands what I'm trying to get at.
Thanks.

You think wrong.
It's not a stand up comedian act so you would want us to provide you with "material" that you can use. Before you can make any sort of "practical argument" you need to understand "for your own knowledge". It can't work otherwise.

The best critique of capitalism is itself. Compare the theory to the action and demonstrate how the reality is far from the ideal.

You misunderstand me I think. I have read a lot of Karl Marx's works, but all I'm asking for really is a detailed set of so-called pros and the cons of Capitalism. I know Wikipedia has them but they're too basic.
Also, on my degree this question might come up in the future so I'd just like to know if theres a list somewhere on the Internet that's all.
Sorry if I'm being picky, but its important.
Thanks
