Yup,

Just underneath the lists of urls, there is a whole bunch of fonts you can download :)

There's some cans at my university with "traffic paint" in - they seem to be aerosol cans. Is that the same as spray paint?

Ok. They are in a small cardboard box in a room with a safe door which is always open - easy to get in and "borrow" one.
