started off with an occupation of boeing's sydney offices at 10, followed by a picket in front of adfa, and then march to the tramlines at haymarket to have a die-in on the tracks.
i was filming the boeing action so unfortunately didn't get many good shots that weren;t blurry and didn't have peoples heads but heres one of people playing with soldiers inside..

Lots of sexy activists.. Nice pictures.
Btw, are Connex in Australia too? The fuckers bought the previously communally owned subway of Stockholm, and there was a major controversy a while ago when they fired a communist union rep for pointing out security flaws (and being a communist obviously).

Yup, the tracks pictured in this thread, are tracks for Connex trams/light-rail. They run the light-rail/tram system in sydney, and in melbourne the trains and trams.

This is what I was talking about (http://www.socialistpartyaustralia.org/archives/2005/09/30/sweden-connex-sacks-union-leader/)
This happened last year. The union for service and communication workers, SEKO (I belong to it's sea workers branch), launched a campaign in defense of the fired comrade and against Connex. It had some results, as Connex was forced to compensate him economically. SEKO had these posters all over town, the text translates 'we refuse to stay silent':

They also own transport in other parts of oz that i didnt know about, from wiki:
In Australia Connex has changed its name to the same as its French parent company's, Veolia in January 2006. Branding on buses and trains is being changed to reflect this position. Turnover for Australia is over $635 million Australian dollars.
* Connex also operates Sydney's Metro Light Rail and Metro Monorail networks under a contract from Metro Transport Sydney, and a large bus network (previously Southtrans) in the southern suburbs. This includes 34 routes and special services to primary and secondary schools. As of April 2006, Connex NSW is now Veolia NSW.
* In Perth, Connex operates the Southern Coast Transit bus line.
* In Brisbane operates as Veolia Brisbane (formerly Connex Brisbane), using the former National Bus Company's fleet.
* Connex Melbourne was not changed due to Connex being such a strong brand. After re-neogiation of the contract in 2004, it is now Connex/Veolia Transport's largest contract in the world [1]
Also from wiki:
A tramline being built by Connex/Veolia will run between Israeli settlements in occupied East Jerusalem. The settlements, which have been built on annexed Palestinian land, are illegal under the Fourth Geneva Convention. If completed, the Israeli tramline will permanently link Jewish-only settlements such as Pisgat Ze’ev, French Hill, Neve Ya’akov and Gilo, to Israeli West Jerusalem, thereby cementing Israel’s hold on occupied East Jerusalem.

I'm thinking there should be direct actions against Connex in the run up to/during the G20. After all they're profiting from the globalisation of war/the privatisation of public transport.
They're the potential targets I mentioned in my PM Sentinel. :)
Edit: I hate it when cops touch me/people near me. Gross.
