I am against both the state and the capitalists. I am against all ruling classes, whether you call them the bourgeois or call them the vanguard.

Anarchists oppose the state because it is an oppressive hierarchical structure. It uses coercion constantly against both its own citizens and those of other states (if it could).

Anarchists oppose capitalism because it is an economic system that encourages wealth accumulation, destruction of the environment, it is hierarchical. Wealth is another form of power.

Anarchists are against power and wish to eliminate it from human interactions, we wish to bring about a equal society and a free society.

This is the way I would put it too. Whilst I believe in the principles of anarchism (as I believe most communists really do) we should not deny the possibility of better lives for the working class where it is possible. An all or nothing approach is going to do nothing to improve lives in the slums of the world at this moment in time. I sometimes fall back on a 'no-compromise' position when I get frustrated. We must agitate the working class by making demands here and now.

even though i would much rather support a communist revolution if an anarchist one came around i would support it just as much. i mean the end goal of marxism is pretty much anarchism. so even though i think we need to a revolutionary government to pick apart capitalism, turn into socialism and then eventually turn into high communism i would actually be estatic if the anarchists proved me wrong.
actually the anarchists should play a vital role in any communist revolution. instead of trying to rip down the government they should work with it and constantly push for less and less government. as long as anarchists don't take up arms they would be a great help to a communist govt.
