A few big ones:

Truman - Deliberate and unnecessary targetting and murder of hundreds of thousnadns of innocent civilians with the nuclear strikes on Japan.

JFK - Illegal (failed) invasion attempt on Cuba

Johnson, Nixon and probably others - The US military frequently Napalmed villages in the Vietnam war.

Reagan - Nicaragua, funding and supplying terrorist groups in south and central america, Grenada, violation of countless diplomatic treaties.

Speaking of Sedition acts, The Espionage Act of 1917 and the Sedition act of 1918 both limited political dissent, and led to the imprisonment of Eugene V. Debs.
