There is a group mainly in Australia and NZ called the Exclusive Brethren ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Exclusive_Bre...ylorite__branch (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Exclusive_Brethren#Taylorite__branch) it seems that the Taylorite branch is the one that I am thinking of), that don&#39;t vote. They are, however, happy to push large amounts of money to those politicians who they tend to agree.

So while government is decided by God, he is apparently influenced by these scum.
