I doubt people are really going to reveal themselves over the Internet. Best thing to do is to look around for any infoshops (it may be a long shot in Indiana) or look for any radical leftist orgs. in your area. Check the Political Org. contact list in Practice for more details.

Okay, I don't live in Southern Indiana, but I have been there and it certainly is a beautiful region. The radical community in Indiana is present, but it's not very visible or active I don't think. There is a radical community in Indianapolis, but they are kindof hidden ever since Solidarity Books (an infoshop) was raided by the FBI. Bloomington has a pretty good scene I've heard. Probaly the most visible in Indiana. If you are in or near Bloomington I advise you to go to Boxcar Books which is a radical bookstore/infoshop. Typically about once a year the Indiana anarchists get together for a little picnic or some sort of meeting. I've heard rumors of some anarchist activity in Louisville, Kentucky as well.
By far the biggest magnet for radicals in Southern Indiana is Roadless Summer. I'm not sure if that draws as much attention as it used to though. To be honest with you, I haven't heard much from Roadless Summer and the opposition to the I-69 lately, though I'm not as in touch with Indiana news as I used to be.

He specifically mentioned South Indiana. :P
Anyways, I doubt that there would be infoshops or leftist centers in all but the largest towns.

Best thing to do would be to get in touch with organisations. I'll give you their contact details, but what groups are you after.

that's a stupid remark, the guy is looking for people and organisations with the same beliefs, it might be helpful to specify, so he doesn't get into a group of maoists, being an anarchist
