They're ok. What I've heard of the latest album (the singles) is excellent.
I wouldn't go bananas over them though.

You should try listening to their albums at least. The single's are great, but you have to listen to the whole thing to appreciate them.

Yep, and don't rely on their last album- it's not as good as the previous ones IMO.

Muse are perhaps the most overhyped band to come out of Britain sinse radiohead. Don't get me wrong, i can listen to them and they have made a few good songs, but the hype surrounding them is insane. Plug in baby wasn't that good y'all.

Well they never got so hyped up in the USA thankfully. Going to go see them on Sept 30th at the Download festival..going to be fucking awesome!

Yeah, in the usa I've heard them on the radio maybe once, and they don't have a lot of exposure. See them live -- they are a fantastic live act.

If they are Plug in baby and Bliss, then that is practically all you need to know to enjoy the best of Muse.

Great band. Saw them at Glastonbury a couple of years back. Don't think Black Holes and Revelations was quite as good as Absolution though, not sure if they can keep up the epic rock thing inevitably...

Where I come from they are the "local lads who made good" - their home town is about 20 minutes drive from Plymouth. Interestingly (or not) my friend's band played with them when they were just starting out. Unfortunately, he called their lead singer a prick and that "your music bites arse" - a missed opportunity to get taken along for the ride there
Saw them at Reading this year, they were awesome live.

This is true. They're not a bad band, I actually kind of like them, but they're really overhyped.

I think Muse are fantastic, Origin of Symmetry is my favourite album and I reckon they're hugely talented. I'm missing them on tour though, like I miss everyone. :'(

I'm going overseas, so it's for a good cause. :P But still, I'd like to catch them. I could possibly see them at the Perth BDO but I'd be broke, and would have to go alone- not so fun.
