Yep, but if it's judged to be 'vandalism' or espousing a certain point-of-view, it will be promptly edited back. By the way, making an account on Wikipedia takes approximately like 5 seconds, no e-mail needed.

them wiki bastards hate me. they blocked people from editing george bushs page so i went on to his dads one and put " oh yeh his son is an asshole" it took them 2 days to realise compared to the usual 2 seconds. how i laughed! :D
