Shut 'em down

Right now a Wisconsin racist skinhead gang known as the Retaliator Skins have on their website (www. retaliatorskins.com) a list of anti-racist organizers. They have posted as much information on these people as they could find in an effort to intimidate them because they know they are losing. Interestingly enough at least some of their pictures are of people that are not who these boneheads claim.

The website is hosted by homestead.com which clearly states in it's member agreement that it does not host hate-sites (section 8b of member agreement). In addition to this at least one person on this list is a minor which is another violation (8m) of the agreement.

This means that we can get this site taken down!

I contacted them, I used your exact wording when asking them to stop hosting the site :P Here is what I wrote:

It has come to my attention that you are hosting a website called 'www.retaliatorskins.com' this website promotes racism and hate, (hey may say that they don't, but Hitler said he was a socialist) I believe their message is in conflict with your hosting policies (section 8b of member agreement).

Any "Private place" is still public domain as far as the webserver goes. Even if its behind locked doors they are still participating in activities that break the EULA of the hosting site. Unless they are hosting it off-site and off-server theres nothing that they can do to stop the hosting company.

Some people have seen them recently, and they added more info. Hopefully it'll get shut down within the next few days, though, after Labor Day weekend ends and Homestead gets all of these messages.

I have yet to see a decently designed, or laid out web page by the fashies. KKK, nazi, whatever, they pick out shit color schemes, bad fonts, and shitty, shitty, shitty, layouts. Yet another reason they should be beat in the streets, in their house, with a mouse.
