Che Guevara and women

A comrade of mine ran into an article where it's claimed that Che said something like this: "A man doesn't have to live all his life with only one woman. He would be just an animal if he would impose such a limitation on himself".

So we are wondering if this quote is true and if yes, in what book/article/letter can we find it?

I've herd similiar things and have been given a number of explenations. Mainly to do with the translation was wrong.

He said it in the same context as this, to his wife :-

"This drink you serve me, may you serve it to another".

It was said in case one of them died, IIRC.
