You can get it from Amazon or directly from Paladin Press (http://www.paladin-press.com) for cheap. I have 2 copies of it that I got in book stores in New York.

Sounds very interesting. I'm interested in reading as many books as possible that have this sort of theme before I start my Uni course, I'm thinking about doing my dissertation on it. I'll definitely get this one :)
