How can i a young communist in jamaica help or do anything to be a better communist and all round a better person to help others prepare for the revolution in my lifetime or in annothers lifetime.

Comrade, ignore 'TheGreatOne' he is a twisted rogue element who will surely be banned from this forum once the admin get their act together.
In answer to your question, it's the same the world over for Communists. We have to locate our comrades and agitate, educate and organise in our workplaces and communities.
I'm not up to spec on which organisations are available in Jamaica - maybe other comrades can help you there - but you should definitely join one if you haven't already.

there's a 'United People's Party' in Jamaica. I don't know how active they are.

Thanks Felicia im looking for a website or phone number but have come up with nothing... my only alternative is the pnp and they have gone from socialist to some sort of (mild) center left party... and that is my last resort but ill keep trying and looking

Yeah, like start up by addressing local issues such as the major social problems there and the major stratification between the resort areas and the main inner areas.

Definately comrade try to start one or try to get a branch where you are at. Look towards the African People's Socialist Party or the all african people's revolutionary party.
