when i first saw this movie it was when it came out in 1995. and i was like 14 years old. It created lots of tension and violence in my high school towards the white kids. I think is a bad movie it's a bit exagerated.

I remember that, loved it. Not only did it rip into reactionaries, it showed where progressives can go wrong to some degree. At least that’s what I remember thinking at the time.
