turkish government has announced recently that turkish workers and civil servants cant be a member of any political party or else they will be dismissed. Also if turkish workers and cvil servants go on a strike or join any demonstration to protest anything they will be dismissed. Workers in turkey are already working with very low salaries and these innovation will make life harde which is already harder for them

Any sources? I'd like to see what the unions are doing.
This is such an anti-worker policy - its pretty much fascist - that I can not imagine even the most right wing of unions not being forced to take action against it. I'd personally expect a call for a general strike if what you say is true and applies to all workers.

This isn't anything new. It has been in effect for a long, long time. There won't be a general strike.

As he said its not new. But Turkish system is really different, also needs repair.

When a governmental come, they want to accommodate ppl to important jobs who vote for them. Its just about votes. Its a prevention to block those cheats.

Finally when you ask is it workable ?

no.
