Hello... As many of you know there is much critizism about Ernesto "Che" Guevara, and about Cuba especially from the Cuban Exile Community, and from others who are anti left in their beliefs. However for those of you who admire Che how would you go by defending him especially when you have articles like this:

While I do have leftist beliefs, and admire Che I must admit that my knowledge is in a sense weak compared to most people here. So I'am hoping to learn, and understand more. Thank you for reading, and for your help.

It's self-evidently false - even the dialogue reads like the script for a bad 80s action movie. Not worth refuting.

If you want to learn more about him, I suggest reading his biography. I am currently in the middle of Che: A Revolutionary Life by Jon Lee Anderson. It's a great read and very highly praised. I definitely recommend it.

compaņero, that article has no empirical evidence, it only has false accusations that are drawn by obivious blood suking Exiles with greed and cash in their heads. Evidence of Che not being such a character, as described by this article, can be very clearly noticed in the biography by Jon Lee Anderson, yes indeed a great book (the actual discovery of Che's remains in boliva where sparked by andersons interviews in bolivia for this book). Also i sugegst you read Che's own reminisces of the Cuban revolutionary War, which has great details from ches own writng on execution which did take place by in a rightful and justful manner. This issue has been raised many many times and is quite franckly very repeitive, not by you my friend, but by articles such as these. Dont take much notice of them, only use them to learn how real empirical evidense can be obtained by other means not like these.

Jello I started that book 20 years ago and have read it nightly.. Think I'm almost half way. It amazes me that one man could so much in one life time.

Excellent book. I'm reading it as well.
Che wasn't perfect, but then again no one is. The impotant thing is that his ideals were generally in the right place.

The article was full of unsourced claims. Also it started off with a quote from Alice In Wonderland. :P
