Natural Cures?

What are some of your thoughts on natural cures? Do you think they exist or are they just a way for Kevin Trudeau (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Kevin_Trudeau) to make some money? Does anyone have some "cures" to share?

I think there are natural cures actually. But there's also a set of people who want to make money off these cures so they want you to buy their book, cd, dvd, what have you. But drugs are made from natural ingredients, so why not? ;)
