I'm pretty sure it's like back in the old days when you used to have a piece of slate and write on that shiz with whatever

except instead of making marks on the slate it's plugged in to the PC via USB and the lines come up on the pc in paint or photoshop ... like a stylus for nintendo DS I think (maybe?)...

so basically it's like the brush tool except it's controlled by a tablet instead of the mouse

man, that was badly worded...

I made the picture of Engels by:

1. Search for "Engels" att google images.

2. Dowload a suitable picture of Engels.

3. Open up the file with Microsof Photo Editor, and then added the "rugged/coaly" look (don't know how to translate all the crap).

4. Added the "flames" in Paint and Photoshop.

5. Vòila! Engles is hot!

(I was drunk and bored...)
