you know it would really help if you could give us more details about which genocide law you are talking about as there are many. there's international humanitarian law, human rights law, domestic laws (many countries have domestic genocide laws), international criminal law. more detilas please.

well its called 'genocide law" here in belgium
see its about that the people or the government of belgium can sue warcriminals with or without evidence
so now there was a case against frank banks and then U$A treatend to get de NATO out of belgium to warschau.
so you see U$A can do everything they wont but if soemwhone is trying to do somethign back oooooh thats impossible then its a fight.So fucked up u$a thing
see here there is an organisation called StopUSA(stop united states in agression)and they sued bush and frank
