for example there already 3 peopel who want rumbsfeld (the u$ minister) before court ...
so if you can prove that the person you sue has did something against you (for example the second gulfwar)and than you can bring him before court .... sorry for my bad english
but does anyone else have heard about that law??
in belgium its constantly on the news.

The US will never accept such a court's legitimacy. They wont acept anything which can endager their power, lest of all somewhere in Britain, its partly due to the paranoia.

Ya, we already threatened to move NATO if they tried any of that shit. No one from the Bush admin will EVER go before court.

I don't think anyone here is opposed to the law mate. We are simply aware of the practicality of such a law
and/or the actual origin of the law. Perhaps this law was created by the right-wing under the guise of "leftist" premises in order to try to circumvent some state's anti extradition laws. It makes sense when considering Uncle Sham is currently looking for several former or current anti-US leaders that haved dared to spit in their eye and have actually gotten away with it.

Just food for thought comrades.

The law is now being toned down anyway, after pressure from the US.
