70 percent into the video, is John Lee Anderson is saying something like that Che, in some unpublished writings, expected the USSR to collapse?

I believe a reason was mentions too, but I do not know what i was about. I am not entirely sure this is what it is about though.

Could someone roughly translate that part?

Not sure about the video, but in the JLA book, it states in some unpublished writings his widow showed him ( his scribble-filled copies of Soviet economic policy), he had wrote that the USSR was doomed to failure due to its state-capitalist nature. I believe some of it was released to the public by the Cuban Government recently.

It is pretty common knowledge Che felt the Chinese showed a higher "Socialist strength". The USSR believed him to be a Maoist.

Cos it was made for RAI, the italian TV Stations - show more respect for the language, it's beautiful. I watched this when it was originally on in Italy.
