To you anarchists,

What type of anarchy does David Graber fall under? I ask this because I'm very compelled by his idea of a revolution through non-confrontation from his postgrad work in Madagascar. A lot of his ideas align very well with my beliefs, so I am interested in what he is categorized as.

Thanks

Edit: Title should be "David Graeber"

Not entirely sure how he'd categorise himself, if at all. I know he's a member of the IWW and has been involved in PGA stuff...

If you're interested you can get his Fragments of An Anarchist Anthropology book free off the web from the Prickly Paradigm pages (if you haven't read it already).

He just calls himself an anarchist in general...

Anarchism without adjectives... :)

He's a real prick, though. This comes first hand. You can smell his 'i'm an academic and i'm an anarchist, so high in the ivory tower yet i'm still an egalitarian' arrogance a mile away.

And I really don't know what's he got to do with IWW?! Maybe he should join Ninjas as well.

I never got that feeling from him... he seems to be more of the "oddball professor" stereotype and happens to be an anarchist.

And maybe he wants to be in the IWW? What's your problem with it?
