What should be our position on globalization, imperialism and liberalism? Talking from a western european perspective.

On the one hand, it is certainly against our principles and vision, and the fight against it may have a liberating, enlightening effect on the people, and prevent degeneration into a globalized 18th century capitalism in which our vision is even more radical and distant than now. And the struggle to keep what we have attained will give our movement a more positive image.

But one the other, it creates a "revolutionary situation" and creates a greater possibility of world-revolution, by worsening the material conditions and begging a revolutionary reaction. The welfare state creates a static situation without a market for revolution: one has to create the market by far more advanced pedagogy when the majority is content enough not to care.

What should we do? What is the best strategy/pedagogy for the liberation of the oppressed in this situation?
