Hi comrades, I'm vyborg. I'm from Italy where i've been involved in political as well as union activity for 20 years now. I'm a shop steward for the biggest italian union (the Cgil) as well as a member of the biggest of the 2 communist party (rifondazione) where I support the left tendency Falce Martello.

As I have a phd in economics and I'm fairly proficient in marxian economics, I will try to give some contribution in this sense.

I hope my contribution will be useful at least to some.

Welcome to the board!

May I ask about your choice of username? See, the my father's parents used to live in the city of Viipuri (in Carelia, eastern Finland) before WWII. The town is known as Vyborg ever since it was captured by the Russians.

You got my curiosity.. when I saw this thread, I thought a Russian comrade from Vyborg had joined the board.

Welcome brother, may ur stay be long and informative

BTW: Its good to see a comrade specialized in economics
I myself am studying economics at the university, and hopefully I can attain my bachelors, masters, and Ph D in the exact same field: Marxian economics

Cheers brother!

I choose vyborg when I first entered a forum some years ago because Vyborg is the core of the 1917 revolution in Petrograd, the quintessential bolshevik area of the town at that time. Now I always use it in any forum.

Thanx for the "reception" so far.

well i have to put a warning here. i hope my contributions will be good but not because i have a phd in economics, i would say in spite of it...having spent 15 years in many economics departement before returning completely to real world i have to say that most of professional economists understand reality very poorly, and if they do they only know what it is needed to enforce capitalism as a religion.

i was saved by my political activity
