Socialsmo o Muerte

I've been meaning to post a thread on this for a while but kept forgetting.
I'm a regular buyer of the Morning Star, I buy it every day. Over the last 1 and a half years, the paper has gone from 40p to, what it is today, 60p. Strange when you also take into account that many other papers have gone down in price. The Sun was 20p for ages, it's now about 24p I belive. The Times has decreased in price over the last year by a few pence too so my Sociology teacher tells me.
Coincidence that the Labour supporting press is selling papers a lot cheaper? No.
Coincidence that the left wing papers have increased in price? No.
I don't know if any of you read the Star here, but there was an article, when the price rose from 50p to 60p a few weeks ago, explaining why the increase in price took place. Apparently, the government has a charge on newspaper publishing. This charge increased meaning the Morning Star had to increase it's price to survive. The Sun and The Times etc. could cope with this increase and only had to raise prices a few pennies.
The "foxes" (concept: Marxist sociologists Pareto and Mosca) of the Labour government have subtly crushed the Morning Star and are therefore crushing the idea of free press. The Morning Star is 12 pages long and contains nothing but world news. i.e. no adverts and no celebrities. The government promised that money for the press from advertising would not be beneficial in terms of the survival of certain newspapers, and that they will openly promote and encourage free press. Doesn't look like it.
The Morning Star now relies a lot on donations from readers for it's survival. At 60p a pop, I will still buy it, but many people will not. Things aren't looking good for our "free" press. I hear the price of The Bulldog has risen too. Not that I care, but it does support my point some more.
Our tabloids are injecting the cultural hegemony of the right into the minds of everyone. They are also numbing our political minds and systematically wiping out political literacy from readers by filling their minds with celebrities and tits.
We need to keep buying The Morning Star. It has been around for decades and New Labour are trying to force it out of circulation. I tell you all in Britain, we MUST keep buying the "Daily paper of the left" for "peace and socialism", as the paper itself puts it.
