Bro, i've already stated clearly i'm an atheist, i'm 'gods' nothing - 'god' doesn't exist, nor do 'gods' - therefore, i cannot be the 'soldier of god' or one of it's 'soldiers'.

What if i don't think there are sides to pick? That people should be judge based on their actions is fair enough, but i don't see why you need to attach a religious significance to it.
What if i do 'bad' deeds sometimes and 'good' deeds other times? What are 'good' deeds? What are 'bad' ones? Can i stick my dick another guy's arse? Is 'god' cool with that? :)
