My name is Shakti. I am the neo-hippie socialist type. I am a big fan of George Orwell, especially since he is buried in my city. I visit his grave and where he died annually. I am also influenced by the late great Ernesto "Che" Guevara, Karl Marx, and sometimes Leon Trotsky. I believe in a more peaceful evolution as opposed to a violent revolution. The cappies won't go down without a fight bro, and if we are to improve the lives of the oppressed, we have to fight against the cappies and for the ppl
We must destroy the current system that oppresses and kills so many, and build a new system based on socialist and human principles

I came here thinking that a peaceful way is possible, and that a violent way is possible as well. We should attempt to take it peacefully, and if that fails; sieze it... and guess what? I still think this. Not everyone here is a violent person =P.

Hi there, obviously i am new here. What i have read on this site so far has turned out to be very informative, there are a load of good views expressed by all that i have managed to read so far.
