Tel Aviv, July 22, 2006: More than 5,000 march against the second Lebanon war.

This is a very important event: in the first demonstration against the war there were only 100 peace activists, a week ago there were 1,000 demonstrators and yesterday we were 5,000 people. The anti-war protest movement is growing although the media is all pro-war and against us.

I urge you to participate the demonstrations against the war. International protest is extremely importat these days.

The Israeli Communist Party is not very popular among the jews in Israel.

Maybe 10,000 jews voted for Hadash, the elections list of the radical left in Israel.

The great majority of communists in Israel are arabs.
