An action has been called by Refugee Action Coalition and the New South Wales Brach of the National Liaison Committee for International in Australiawhose student visa was revoked.
Despite the errors made by immigration authorities and the blatant injustice in the matter, the Minister has refused to use her discretion to correct the abuse of process that has taken place.
The action is:
