From a non-American perspective, I'd have to say 'yes'.
He's even more stupid that Raygun and his speeches on world politics are alarming. Plus, the ideological underpinnings of the people behind him are even more strident than they were under Reagan.
He's also more dangerous because he sits at the helm of a super-confident ruling class, whereas Reagan controlled a state which was still suffering a lack of confidence due to Vietnam.

No, he's not the worst president ever...yet especially when compared to presidents such as Buchanan and some of the presidents suring the Gilded Age.
Also, Bush recently stopped inquiries into the controversial NSD eavesdropping program.

Gzarfield was a close second. Mexican war and all. At least he won California. Illegally or not.

This is the Politics forum, no? Anyway, the definition I was using for worst was in danger. Raygun might have been bad, but the way Bush is running this country, he has more power and is therefore more dangerous to human beings, not only in America, but around the world.

Bush is a horrible person and a horrible leader, but not the worst in America's genocidal past. Consider, for example, those that ordered the U.S. Military's genocide against the Plains Indians from 1870-1898 and even before that time period. Reagan was definately a worse president, even taking into account Iraq and Afghanistan I still think Reagan was more imperialistic.

Raaaaaaay-gun. At least Bush has opposition.
The absolute best president, though, was William Henry Harrison.

warren G Harding, gents, agreedd by most to be the most irresponsible president. T. Roosevelt and "Big Stick Diplomacy." Millard Fillmore, just because he did nothing worthwhile. Lastly, and mostly, Harry Truman for his nuclear deisions.

Bush is actually a pretty smart guy.
He uses his "hick" personality to attract voters in the south and midwest.

Sorry  what version of the word "smart" are you using here? I mean, he is always nicely turned out, but I can't see him snuggling down in his bed and reading a bit of Wittengstein before turning the lights out.

regardless, he assisted in the natural progression of communism (Capitalism is an essential, if regrettable, phase) and at least his efforts removed the monarchy, replacing it with a Timocracy, which is slightly better.

Well, he did nothing as a president but he did do a lot of damage as a general. :(

Does it matter if he is the most stupid?
The fact is that US "democracy" is a laugh and anyone sitting in that chair needs to be thrown out of it.
