Some of you may remember me from about five or so months back, most probably won't, but I thought I'd make my presence back on these forums official. I wandered off due to exceedingly heavy-duty exam work began, taking up rather too much of my time. But, thankfully, I have finished my exams (roll on 17th August, results day :D) so I can now return to a forum which was one of the best debating groups I've ever encountered. It's good to be back :D

Many thanks RedBanner :D Well, I did do one intro thread when I first joined but I think its a little out of date now.

I used to be a dyed-in-the-wool Monarchist and Imperialist, since I'd lost all hope in the political process of the UK and thought that the only way things could get better was with a single position of power. However (before I suddenly receive flames :P) I also had an inclination towards what I knew about Communism (basically that which I learnt in Yr12 History, which turned out to be total shite).

In a random search of the net about El Che I discovered Che-Lives, and consequently these forums. I've not looked back, except to see just how far I've come. I'm now (according to some evaluative test someone linked up here ages ago) a Libertarian Marxist, whatever the hell that means. I'm dead against pre-emptive violence, but think it's inevitable at some point during the revolution; I think the revolution is still a long way off (in the UK at least) but don't see that as any reason we should be impotent; and I think that the right is fundamentally evil in every aspect. Also, I'm exceedingly anti-religion, which should win me some popularity points here :P

I'm a student of Military History and (the exam board willing) will be attending Kent at Canterbury University to take War Studies there; I also plan to join the FPM some point in the near future.

There, now that you've all skipped that I'll say hey again, and thanks for the welcome RedBanner :D
