What does everyone here think of the idea of panarchy. Panarchy is when all of society is organized into smaller little communities that are autonomous of each other yet that have their own forms of government. For instance, one town might be a libertarian capitalist utopia while the town five miles south down the road would be an anarcho-communal society, while the town to the east may be based on mutualism and the town to the west can be the land where Fundamentalist Christians can go to have their ideal society and the town in the middle of all this can be like America today and so-on and so-forth. The only rules that will be decided by a national governing council regard human rights, the main rights being freedom to move from one form of government if you grow tired of it meaning that they could not hold you captive in one community, and also that other communities cannot interfere, meaning that one community cannot go and "conquer" another and impose their form of government. There would also be some other essential national government functions like national courts and a militia and such.
