Why not just go to Russia? They've got every climate you could want, from freezing to hot-as-hell. Why not a commune? What could actually be the purpose of such a state. It'd be a small enough group to easily self organise, there would b eno bourgeois to need to suppress, and we wont exactly be needing a standing army.

Besides, if we avoid using the term "state" we could probably get around any legal issues which would allow a bourgeois nation to invade us.
