HIV does not cause AIDS.
It destroys the body's immune system which results in AIDS.

AIDS/HIV is not a weapon. It's slow moving, indiscriminate, and takes a while to actually kill someone. Compare those characteristics to those of a a real weapon, for example an anti-tank missile - it's fast, can be guided to a specific target via wires or lasers by an intelligent human operator, and are designed to eliminate targets with one hit.

The fact that you think HIV does not cause AIDS and also for some reason the article you linked to tries to connect war, aspartame and AIDS leads me to believe you are a kook.

However Janus and Noxion, TRUTH IS STRANGER THAN FICTION and like a great philosopher once said, "First, Truth is disputed and challenged. Second, it's violently opposed. Finally, it's accepted as being TRUE". It's fine if you don't believe me and you find the theory strange and crazy. Most beliefs that go against the norm in society are hard to accept. But remember my friends: Albert Einstein, Jesus, Mohammed, among many others were first called crazy and kooky. Now, people understand the wisdom of their words.
