There was a program on the BBC tonight called "war-spin". Mostly about the American Military propaganda lies on how well the war was going and counter-attacking the Iraqis about when their missiles hit civilan targets (US claimed it was stored Iraqi missiles going off). The program also included the Jessica Lynch story but I missed most of it. Most amusing; she was being well looked after in an Iraqi hospital; the US military landed a helicopter; shot at unknown targets a bit; destroyed some hospital equipment and caught it all on tape.

They funny thing was she was from a place called Palestine in West Virginia so the americans rescued a Palestinian, makes a change!!

Since when is getting captured heroic? I thought if they took you alive you were a coward.

because she withstood all of the iraqis horrible maltreatment. isnt that obvious? (sarcasm alert)

I agree with LevTrotsky. But remember she's a woman. I really believe weman are made for war.
