Apparently this is some sort of BAD joke (and the joke is on all of us). Bush and his poodle Blair are actually being nominated for the Nobel Prize. That would be the Nobel PEACE Prize.

Starting a war that the majority of the world did not want is not peace, but apparently in these Orwellian times, logic has been superseded by abject insanity and double-speak.

Act now and sign the petition opposing this action, and pass this information on to all people who truly believe in the classic definition of peace and not the subversion of its meaning. Note that you can sign the petition anonymously.

The very idea of awarding Bush and Blair a Peace Prize for waging mass murder, destruction and War on the Iraqi people is specifically an oxymoron. This is insanity at best, and the meaning behind being awarded a Nobel Peace Prize will amount to absolutely nothing from here on out if these two bloodthirsty men are given this award.

Truth Addict, the man did indeed invent dynamite and that is why when he died he used all the money he made form destruction (dynamite) and put it into an institution which gives a prize for dong something good because he felt so bad about what he had invented. I think it is quite noble, ..no pun intended.

This is a very serious joke. We cannot reward the starter and commander in chief of a war which was unnecessary, and claimed the lives of thousands of Iraqi's and american soldiers. Every anti-war liberal(and others who want to join in) to stand up and say no to this horrible and sad and disgusting joke played on the world. Bush and Blair are not the kind of people who should get any type of awards(especially peace awards). The ant-war protesters are the one who should be given this award. We are the ones who tried to hold up and preserve peace.
