Really. These transitions from State-monopoly capitalism with Bonapartist mediating regimes to market capitalism are becoming like clockwork. So predictable. Look for Cuba to go the same direction after Fidel dies. At least now Vietnam will have its own native bourgeoisie that will control the country, not an imperialist bourgeoisie.
