I believe there's an old one called "Karl Marks" from 1963, it's black and white and the language is Russian (it was made in the Sovjet-Union).

Can't see a reason why Hollywood-based studios would want to make a Marx movie since it would be a movie about ideas, not one of these mission impossible crap.

Yes, you can get the English version from Canadian Friends of Soviet People. I think it's $10 or $15 plus shipping. http://www.northstarcompass.org

I have viewed the video myself. They are on VHS and dubbed from old 35mm (I think) film.

The USSR film producer was called InterFilm, and most of the stuff is available in English. Email them for a catalog. Tell them Marcel referred you.

There is also good stuff on Chekhov, Tolstoy, Gorky, Lenin and others..
