I found this video by a group known as Chicos Nuevos
They look to be Cuban and they did a great job of capturing the Cuban countryside
Plus, they captured the admiration that many Cuban youths have for Che and hiphop

Personally, all the hand gestures are bit corny...but the message and music is awsome, to say the least
I googled them and I couldn't find anything on this group, including a translation of the lyrics...so I apologize to all our comrades that don't speak Spanish

I hate to say it but this is probably state-sponsored. These kids probably wanted to rap about being a pimp and other reggaeton themes but of course the state would not let them do it.

Im worried that people are and have been elevating Che Guevara to "christ-like" status.

No doubt he lived for the people and died a hero and was invaluable to the revolution of that time, but I think the current struggle as a whole is more important than a man.
