I know they guy is an anti-Semite, sadly as was common for his time not that that is an excuse, but has any one listened to his music and set aside his mental stupidity?

I was just listening to Twilight of the Gods, and man....what a moving piece...

Nor did I notice any of the singers drop many Anti-Jewish or and 'Israel should be destroyed' (Not that it even existed then :lol:) one liners

I don't care what he thought, how his music was used (it was used by the Nazi's). I love his work. Parsifal is my faveorite classical piece. Richard Wagner (just so everyone knows, it's pronouced rick-card vagner) is the greatest composer.....ever.

His operas are amazing. Tristan and Isolde is fantastic.

Although Puccini and Verdi could beat him and Mozart anyway operastyle. I've always felt that the Italians did better operas.
