The way of the western civilization...A culture of consumption and frustration, of fear and of getting more. Better living equals accumulating things. Is that right?
In order to control minds and masses, the rulers need the minds to be ignorant or busy with petty things. Like: Where should I sit? What can I buy?
Teaching people what to think and what to want. Do you really need that?
How many rulers in this world are actually elected by their people? How many times you have been really happy with the political class in your country?
And why would this situation should still go on? Says who?
What do YOU say?
The more we keep our minds busy with everything we're given, from lousy books, television, football games, fear of not being cheated or robbed, pop music, fast-food culture, going to the gym on strict schedule, visit a shrink weekly to get rid of frustrations in order to have place for others, the more easily we are to be ruled. Becoming a herd that is always told what to do.
